At Dark Desire Books, we want every story you bring home to be one you’ll love. If for any reason your order isn’t what you expected, please review our policy below.

Returns

Because books are delicate items, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at desirable.romanceofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, or downloads)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or mystery boxes

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged or misprinted.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t been shipped.
