Processing Time
Each order is lovingly prepared within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods, please allow a little extra time as we make sure every parcel leaves our hands in perfect condition.
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details the moment your order begins its journey to you.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work closely with you and the carrier to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement or refund.
International Orders
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties may apply for orders outside the U.S.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
